- What happens to the donated goods and how does it benefit the community?
The donated goods do go to our beneficiaries. From families who are in the greatest need, the
children and youth residents who require new bedding to get a restful night’s sleep, to our
migrant workers who need the basic essentials such as clothing items, these are the people who
are on the receiving end of your generosity, and we’ll continue to be the intermediary/platform
for the public to do good.
To give an even wider spectrum of flexibility, we do mark goods for sale to realise their value
which would then go on to fund social initiatives and programmes for the children and youth
group, the elderly, our migrant workers, and ex-offenders.
- Do you do refurbishment or repair works on donated items?
As we do not have mending stations, we are unable to perform repairs; therefore, it is better for
donors to find suitable means of removal.

A portion of the donated items are put aside for our beneficiaries and humanitarian aid, whilst
those items that do not pass the criteria, will be packed for wholesale trading.
