On the 23rd of June, Red Shield Industries was excited to hold its first small conference! The conference included topics which were beneficial to our staff from all departments. Addresses included "Innovative and Technological Advances Today and Tomorrow" by Bruce from Wusify, "PR, Communications and The Customers: Internal, Donors, Store Clients" by Angela from Ence Marketing Group and "Call Centre, Pick-up and Collections and Donations" by Robert from SIMM. Other talked included internal matters such as finance and personal testimonies. The conference was concluded with a certificate presentation to staff who had attended a recent Digital Awareness course. We hope everyone had a informative an enjoyable time, see you again next year!
